Spaghetti Salamanca

Spaghetti Salamanca

For 2 persons

250g of thin spaghetti
olive oil
a small onion
3 tomatoes
a can of tuna fish

Boil the water in a big pot, salt it, add spaghetti and a spoonful or two of olive oil. Let it boil at middle temperature.
In the meantime, chop an onion and fry it with olive oil.
Cut the tomatoes in small pieces, add them to the onion, salt it all, flavour it with basil and fry slowly.
After 5 minutes or so, add tuna fish from the can (pour off the oil if it contains it) and put some cheese on top of the fried tomatoes.
Dry spaghetti and wash them swiftly under water. Heat some olive oil in a wide frying pan and add spaghetti, stir them constantly, spice them with origano and fry for about 5 minutes.
Cover with sauce, stir well and enjoy the meal!
